The Port of Corpus Christi Authority is requesting proposals for real property acquisition and relocation services to assist the Port Authority in implementing a voluntary neighborhood acquisition and relocation program for eligible property owners and tenants in certain segments of the Hillcrest and Washington-Coles neighborhoods of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. The Port Authority is seeking a qualified consultant to assist the Port Authority in implementing this voluntary neighborhood acquisition and relocation program. The selected consultant will administer the program on behalf of the Port Authority. The Port Authority anticipates there to be 400 +/- parcels involved in this voluntary program. The Port Authority and the selected consultant will enter into a Consulting Agreement for a term of four years, with an option to renew if necessary.

RFQ - Underwater Inspection of Various Waterfront Facilities

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently accepting Statement(s) of Interest and Qualifications (RFQ) from interested engineering consultants for underwater inspections for Public Oil Docks 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12; Public Cargo Docks 10, 14 and 15; and the Water Taxi Dock. Statements will be received by the PCCA Engineering Department until 5:00 p.m., January 21, 2016 at the PCCA office located at 222 Power Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. This project involves: general examinations to identify and document current condition, deterioration and damage of pile supported dock structures and bulkheads; removal of marine growth from selected pile and bulkhead locations for detailed examinations, measurements, and photographs; and, surveying the channel bottom to document water depths under pile-supported structures. The project also includes developing comprehensive reports to document inspection and survey findings and development and presentation of engineer recommendations for repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance actions. Inspections will conform to ASCE Underwater Investigations Standard Practice Manual and be performed on active dock facilities which will require a flexible working schedule to complete the inspection work with minimal disruption to ongoing dock operations and shipping schedules.
