Ortiz Center Request for Proposals
Project # RFP-OPS
The Port of Corpus Christi is soliciting proposals for future use and operation of the
Solomon P. Ortiz International Center (Ortiz Center). The Port is seeking an
experienced and well capitalized tenant to lease the facility for a purpose to be
determined by the lessee or an experienced and qualified management firm to operate
the Ortiz Center as a meeting and banquet facility. The Port Commission will select
only one proposal from the proposals submitted for both options, determined on
the proposal that provides maximum benefit to the Port.
