The Port of Corpus Christi Authority is requesting proposals for real property acquisition and relocation services to assist the Port Authority in implementing a voluntary neighborhood acquisition and relocation program for eligible property owners and tenants in certain segments of the Hillcrest and Washington-Coles neighborhoods of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. The Port Authority is seeking a qualified consultant to assist the Port Authority in implementing this voluntary neighborhood acquisition and relocation program. The selected consultant will administer the program on behalf of the Port Authority. The Port Authority anticipates there to be 400 +/- parcels involved in this voluntary program. The Port Authority and the selected consultant will enter into a Consulting Agreement for a term of four years, with an option to renew if necessary.

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) requests that interested consultants submit Statement(s) of Interest and Qualifications for updating the master plan for the PCCA Bulk Terminal for all aspects of current and future bulk material handling operations. The PCCA seeks a consulting firm to update the master plan for the Bulk Terminal in order to increase current operational efficiencies for all aspects of the operation including facility maintenance and environmental compliance and expand operational capabilities for future bulk material cargoes and markets. Key objectives include considerations for bulk material handling from vessel, truck, and rail operations in an efficient and environmentally sound manner, coordination of multiple simultaneous operations and activities that occur 24 hours per day and seven days a week, consideration of a variety of existing and future cargoes with varying flow, handling characteristics and volumes, expansion of facilities to accommodate future bulk material markets, consideration of environmental controls beyond regulatory compliance, and consideration of existing lease agreements expiring in the near future.
